Fur seals of Phillip Island
- There is a colony of fur seals near the southwestern tip of Phillip Island. It is one of the largest colonies in Australia. More than 25,000 fur seals live on the rocks. They feed their children and swim in the sea. In the period from October to December (breeding season), their numbers grow.
